When will my order ship?
All orders take 1-3 business days to process before they're shipped. You'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, but will depend on the delivery service and any delays that may occur.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Sadly, we do not ship internationally, but will be shipping internationally in the future.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
Although, we package all orders with love and care, we understand that unfortunate events can occur during transit.
If your gloss is damaged please contact [email protected] or DM @linaslipgloss on Instagram with evidence that your item is damaged along with your order number and name.
For orders under $100 dollars please contact a consultant from the delivery service (USPS) for assistance in filing claims or locating packages. If they are unavailable, please contact us so that we may provide a solution for you.
If your order is above $100 and missing , please first contact the delivery service (USPS) to help locate the package and wait 2-3 days before contacting us. After 3 days and no sign of your package or if it has arrived damaged, please email us [email protected] for further assistance :)
